Michelle Visconti is the chairwoman of the HCCA and a small business owner along the Grand Strand in property management. She’s been an active volunteer and fundraiser for many organizations since relocating to Myrtle Beach more than 20 years ago.
Visconti is a strong advocate for conservative causes and a grassroots organizer. She has volunteered on numerous campaigns on the local, state, and national level, including that of President Trump.
HCCA Vice Chairman Rich Koziara is a retired military veteran having served in both the Air Force as an air traffic controller and in the Army as a field artillery officer. Upon military retirement, he taught Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) in Springfield, Massachusetts.
Koziara’s family immigrated to the U.S. from Poland when he was a teenager. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas Lutheran University, and his MBA from Fitchburg State University.
Les Koziara retired as a financial officer with the Windsor Locks Public Schools in Connecticut and now serves as HCCA’s treasurer. During her husband’s military career, she worked in numerous volunteer positions and was honored with the prestigious Molly Pitcher Award by the U.S. Army 7th Corps for her significant contributions to the field artillery community.
She’s a native of Louisiana and grew up in a military family. Les earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in History from Fitchburg State University, and a Master of Arts Degree in Curriculum and Education from the University of Connecticut.
